At Spice & Spoon, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unworn or unused

With tags
-
In its original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@spicexs.com. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the current item and placing a separate order for the new one once the return is approved.
EU Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification required. The same return conditions apply as noted above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
